Chicken Teriyaki Bowl
If you’re like me love eating out and getting teriyaki bowls then this is the recipe for you! It is so easy to make me the family will LOVE it!
1 pack of boneless chicken breast
1 white onion
rice (your choice of serving size)
white sauce (optional)
sesame seeds (optional)
Dice the chicken into medium/small sized pieces.
Cut the zucchini and onion.
Add a bit of olive oil to a frying pan, then turn on medium-heat and add in the chicken.
As the chicken begins to cook, use whatever method you prefer to make the rice so it will be done around the same time the chicken finishes.
Once chicken is cooked thoroughly, add the teriyaki sauce in the pan with the chicken at medium heat and stir until the sauce is incorporated into the chicken.
Cook the zucchini and onion in a fry pan on low heat with enough water to cover a small layer of the bottom of the pan until the veggies are softened.
Serve the rice, chicken and veggies as desired and top with sesame seeds.
