Honey-Soy & Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of chicken (boneless or bone-in)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 chopped ginger

  • 5 tablespoons of honey

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • salt & pepper

  • parsley (optional)


Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, ginger, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Rinse off chicken, then place in the bowl with marinade for at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat oven to 400F.

  4. Place chicken on a baking disk and bake for about 35-40 minutes until it is fully cooked, you can even flip them over a few times to be sure.

  5. After it is fully cooked, broil the chicken skin side up on high for about 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with your choice of sides and left over broth can be used to garnish!
