1 pack of chicken (boneless or bone-in)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 chopped ginger
5 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic
salt & pepper
In a bowl, combine olive oil, ginger, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
Rinse off chicken, then place in the bowl with marinade for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place chicken on a baking disk and bake for about 35-40 minutes until it is fully cooked, you can even flip them over a few times to be sure.
After it is fully cooked, broil the chicken skin side up on high for about 5 minutes.
Serve with your choice of sides and left over broth can be used to garnish!
