1 box Rigatoni pasta
1 pack Ground Sausage
Fresh spinach leaves
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 tsp season salt
pinch of garlic
Oil pan and set stove eye to medium heat, add the pack of sausage when ready, cook until brown.
Bring water to boil, with a pinch of salt, and add rigatoni cook until done.
Remove sausage from pan and keep left over juices to add diced tomato, garlic, spinach and heavy whipping cream.
Once the mixture begins bubbling add parmesan to thicken and cover for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens (more parm = thicker sauce)
Add sausage and noodles to mixture, and stir.
